The United gives money to programs that create job opportunities and helps those in need earn the skill they will need to get jobs. They Fund and collaborate with other agencies to help families save for life changing assets like tuition, dental work, and computers. It also hold events like edge of poverty simulations so that people can learn what its like for people in these situations as well as launching an program in 2015 that goal is to end homelessness in Winnipeg.
